FAQ

• For photos, can I choose the background?  Yes, you can choose any of our backgrounds for all your photos. We recommend using one or two backgrounds at most for your inventory for consistency. 

• What if I do not choose a background for my photos?  If you do not choose a background, we will use our expert eye to select the best background for your inventory.

• What is the turnaround time for photos? 24-48 hours. For clients with 10-20 vehicles, we can likely complete the pictures the same day.

• How long is each video?  In general, they range from 15 to 30 seconds. Most fall around 22 seconds long.

• Can my videos be shorter or longer? Yes, we can alter the length. For longer videos, an extra cost may be added.

• Do we need to provide photos for photo enhancement? You can. But we can take them directly off your website as well. It's the same for video.

• How long will it take to receive my videos? Our turnaround time for videos is between 24-72 hours depending on the number of videos. 

• How will you deliver my photos/videos? We send them via WeTransfer, which is a safe and effective service we've been using for many years. You'll receive them in your email as a zip file that can be downloaded.

• How do you collect payment? We'll email you an invoice after the photos/videos are delivered. Payment can be made via stripe, credit card or ACH. Note, if you're a first-time customer, we may ask for a deposit to get started. For those interested in Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, those options are available as well.

• Is there a refund policy? Since all videos and photos are custom-made we cannot offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with a photo or video, we can remake it for you. But we think you'll be very happy with our results.

• Are you a legitimate company? Yes, our official company name is CJ Walner Productions Inc. and we're located in Florida. You can find us on SunBiz.org.
