FAQ

• How long is each video?  In general, they range from 18 to 30 seconds. Most fall around 22 seconds long.

• Can my videos be shorter or longer? Yes, we can alter the length. For longer videos, an extra cost may be added.

• Do we need to provide photos? You can. But we can take them directly off your website as well.

• How long will it take to receive my videos? Our turnaround time is between 24-48 hours. If you want more than 50 videos, an extra 24 hours may be required.

• How will you deliver my videos? We send them via WeTransfer, which is a safe and effective service we've been using for many years. You'll receive them to your email as zip file that you can download.

• How do you collect payment? We'll email you an invoice after the videos are delivered. Payment can be made via stripe, venmo, paypal or zelle. Note if you order over 20 videos, and you're a first-time customer, we'll ask for a small deposit of 30% of the order price to get started.

• Is there a refund policy? Since all videos are custom-made we cannot offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with a video or two, we can remake it for you (within limits of course). But we think you'll be very happy with our results.

• Are you a legitimate company? Yes, our official company name is CJ Walner Productions Inc. and we're located in Florida. You can find us on SunBiz.org.
